Clinical Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Hamilton Specialist Referrals, a state-of-the-art veterinary hospital located in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Assist with the management of our hospital's operations, including scheduling, inventory, and supply chain management.
- Provide support to our Talent Executive in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment, with a strong focus on relationship-building and communication.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and external partners.
