Management Systems Coordinator

Join Pertemps Thames Water as a Management Systems Coordinator.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our integrated management systems, ensuring compliance with external certifications and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Management Systems Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee the Integrated Management System (IMS) team.
- Be responsible for the creation, upkeep, and execution of documented management systems.
- Ensure that business processes and procedures align with regulatory requirements and environmental permits, supporting the achievement of business objectives.
- Deliver an internal audit program and provide assurance reporting.
- Manage the external audit process and uphold the external certification of the management systems.
- Ensure that lessons learned from non-conformances are integrated to prevent future occurrences.
- Provide specialized advice and training through your team.
- Develop a strategic roadmap to enhance the organization’s asset management maturity.
Work Environment:
This position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence as needed. The work schedule is 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent postgraduate education.
- Experience managing a small team.
- Knowledge of relevant management systems (asset management, quality, environmental).
- Experience in external auditing.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to support and implement change, influencing the right culture and behaviors across all levels.
- Proficient report writing skills.
- Experience in developing new management systems and achieving external certifications.
- Previous experience in the water industry or similar utilities.
What We Offer:
We provide a competitive salary ranging from £52,000 to £78,000 per annum, along with a car allowance of £5,800 per annum. Additional benefits include:
