**About Us:** Intuitive is a leading company in the industry, and we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

**Events Management:**

  • Coordinate logistics for DACH region events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Plan and execute events, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Manage event calendars, track RSVPs, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Organize metropolitan region activities, including location scouting, accommodation arrangements, and system setup.
  • Plan and execute Freiburg facility meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Provide support to the Marketing Event Coordinator with tradeshow organization.

**Marketing Communication:**

  • Coordinate translation verification with the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Route new collaterals in Agile, ensuring quick turnaround times for Sales Events.
  • Support the creation of new brochures, flyers, and information material, aligning with company branding.

**Mobile Truck System:**

  • Update the truck and event calendar for the DACH region, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage and coordinate the floating equipment pool for the DACH region, ensuring efficient use.
  • Further develop and optimize floating simulators booking coordination for DACH markets, improving efficiency.
  • Coordinate demo products, ensuring timely delivery and setup.

**Administrative Tasks:**

  • Monitor budget and financial follow-up for events, aligning with the Marketing Event Coordinator.
  • Create contracts, new vendors, process Purchase Orders (POs), and invoices, ensuring timely completion and approval.
  • Prepare and send speaker fees agreements and organize travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Support monitoring and long-term planning of events, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Coordinate educational sponsorships for the Medical Affairs Director, aligning with company objectives.
