We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Affiliate Account Executive to join our team at Profect Marketing. As an Affiliate Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of client accounts and contributing to the growth of our affiliate programs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage regular and ad-hoc requests, prioritizing and escalating as needed to ensure timely and accurate service to clients and publishers.
  • Monitor affiliate programs for fraud and ensure compliance with network policies.
  • Check publisher listings for accuracy and make necessary updates.
  • Schedule promotions and commission rate changes in affiliate networks to maximize program growth.
  • Develop and send regular publisher newsletters to keep them informed about program updates and opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Identify unusual fluctuations in affiliate performance and suggest appropriate follow-up actions to optimize program growth.
  • Pull data from affiliate networks for reporting and analysis, and populate Excel-based reports for accuracy.
  • Write topline performance summaries to keep stakeholders informed.
Client Service
  • Delight clients and publishers with accurate, timely, and proactive service, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Follow established processes, suggesting improvements where appropriate to enhance client satisfaction and program growth.
Communication
  • Provide regular internal updates on actions, opportunities, and ongoing projects to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, publishers, and internal teams.
Recruitment and Optimisation
  • Identify and recruit relevant new affiliates to expand program reach and maximize growth.
  • Suggest optimisations with existing partners to enhance program performance and growth.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience managing affiliate programs, preferably in-house, agency, or network.
  • Proficiency in using major affiliate networks, ideally Awin, CJ, or Rakuten.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and drawing conclusions to inform program decisions.
  • Enjoy building positive and strong working relationships with clients and publishers.
  • Confident in problem-solving and happy working independently, with the ability to ask for support when needed.
