Marketing Project Coordinator

HP Inc. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to support various marketing functions, end-user channels, and marketing leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate multiple marketing projects, including scoping, briefing, scheduling, and activating projects, ensuring consistent progress and marketing deadlines are met.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with regional and local stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal and external agencies to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure alignment with company and market objectives.
  • Support paid media campaigns, including planning calls, activation, and delivery of creative assets.
  • Manage marketing assets, brief asset projects across agencies, and ensure assets are delivered on time and meet brand and quality standards.
  • Monitor and communicate New Product Introduction (NPI) assets and assist in supporting email campaigns.
  • Compile and deliver marketing analytics reports to support market managers in decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Typically 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on project coordination.
  • Knowledge of marketing practices and operations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with Project Management tools desirable.
