Marketing Project Coordinator - Personal Systems

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to join our HP Personal Systems UK Marketing team. As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting various marketing functions, end-user channels, and marketing leadership, ensuring smooth coordination of marketing campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate multiple marketing projects, including scoping, briefing, scheduling, and activating projects, ensuring consistent progress and meeting marketing deadlines.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with regional and local stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  3. Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Typically, 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on project coordination.
  2. Knowledge of marketing practices and operations.
  3. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  4. Creative and critical thinking skills.
  5. Experience with Project Management tools desirable.
