Job Description


DiverseJobsMatter is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team. This vital role supports various marketing functions, end-user channels, and marketing leadership, ensuring smooth coordination of marketing campaigns and projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate multiple marketing projects alongside internal and external resources, including scoping, briefing, scheduling, and activating projects, monitoring to adjust along the way to ensure consistent progress and marketing deadlines are met.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with regional and local stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and to maximize deliverables.


Additional Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with internal and external agencies to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure alignment with company and market objectives.
  • Assist in the planning calls, activation, and delivery of creative assets, including optimal assets needed for paid media campaigns.
  • Track content requests for organic social media campaigns.
  • Manage marketing assets, brief asset projects across agencies, ensure assets are delivered on time and meet both brand and quality standards.
  • Monitor and communicate New Product Introduction (NPI) assets and assist in supporting email campaigns.
  • Coordinate local product launch activities, including webinar development and execution.
  • Compile and deliver marketing analytics reports to support market managers to support decision-making.
  • Provide ad hoc support for marketing events, when needed, ensuring all creative asset and promotional activities are coordinated between agencies and on-site as needed.


Requirements:


  • Typically, 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing practices and operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and independently, and managing relationships across various stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with Project Management tools desirable.
