Customer Service Director

Zachary Daniels is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer service team as a Customer Service Director. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization that values exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and standards, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer pain points and improve overall customer experience.
- Experience in a similar customer services management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints or difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
