About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and standards to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar customer services management role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints or difficult situations.
  • Enthusiastic understanding of omni-channel operations and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Able to develop a team through training and mentoring.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
