About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our team of customer service advisors and drive exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of 7 customer service advisors, allocating tasks, setting targets, and overseeing promotions and performance management.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the board of directors, highlighting team performance and customer service metrics.
  • Customer Contact: Ensure all customer interactions are handled within established timeframes, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team and drivers to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Recruitment: Involved in hiring new team members and training them to meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years working in an office environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Industry Background: Experience in the hospitality or FMCG industry is ideal but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing customer service teams.
  • Qualifications: Relevant managerial experience and a solid understanding of customer service best practices.
