About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Safeguarding team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. As an Administrative Support for Safeguarding Team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our safeguarding services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line contact for all enquiries into the team, taking details and signposting appropriately.
  • Take and type minutes for meetings, and provide administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Support staff with their IT needs, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good office management skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and NHS Spine systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within a team environment.
  • Adaptable to change and the needs of the service.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience of working in a healthcare environment, particularly in safeguarding.
  • Training experience or qualification in safeguarding or a related field.
  • Computer literate to high standard, with experience of using software packages including Excel and Microsoft Office.
