Office Angels is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our esteemed client, a prominent independent property consultancy in the UK. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our client’s office environment.

About Our Client:
Our client excels in providing agency and professional advice across various sectors, including Commercial, Residential, and Rural. They are recognized for their commitment to client satisfaction and utilize advanced technology and market insights to deliver top-tier services.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
- Deliver outstanding internal and external customer service in every interaction.
- Manage incoming calls and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Sales Administration:
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely support.
- Create and manage property activity records, including land registry title checks and new instructions.
- Oversee client due diligence processes, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Generate accurate sales invoices, reconcile financial figures, and prepare reports for meetings.

Local Marketing Initiatives:
- Develop marketing materials and update property listings while ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Assist in meeting marketing deadlines and adhere to GDPR regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of marketing, public relations, and social media standards.

Health, Safety, and Information Security:
- Ensure adherence to ISO regulations and clear desk policies.
- Maintain proper storage and archiving protocols for confidential files.

Operational Support:
- Assist with departmental accounts, monitor management reporting, and maintain performance records.
- Provide diary management support and coordinate the viewing assistant team.
- Manage office facilities, coordinate contractors, and maintain office equipment and IT hardware.

The Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operations, administration, or secretarial role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a diligent and efficient work ethic.
- Experience in the property or real estate sector is preferred.
- Knowledge of GDPR regulations and ISO standards is essential.
