Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Events Operations Manager to join our team at Gateway Hospitality Recruitment. As an Events Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-end events and weddings at luxury venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events in line with the Event Sheet
  • Manage and supervise team members
  • Discuss and finalize event formats with clients
  • Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless event execution
  • Supervise and run events on the day

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a meeting and events department or restaurant at a 4 or 5-star hotel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Awareness of business and upselling skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
