**Clinic Coordinator**

We are a very busy, friendly but professional, Skin/Laser & Beauty Clinic located in Ascot, Berkshire.

We are look for a well-organised, highly motivated individual to support our managers as clinic co-ordinator and to support our existing team in providing a first-class service to our clients.

**Your Role**

You will be second in line to our managers in seniority and will also be the ‘face’ of our organisation. You will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day management of the clinic and staff, and providing a professional reception service, thereby ensuring excellent client care in line with our clinic's values.

The ability to use your initiative, work under pressure and work as part of a team is essential.

**Responsibilities**
- To greet clients, ensuring that they are made to feel welcome and deal with their enquiry in a professional and courteous way.
- To ensure all clinic procedures are adhered to and completed in a timely manner in line with clinic needs
- To answer the telephone in the clinic politely and in accordance with company procedures, deal with all enquires including referring to other team members and making and adjusting bookings for treatments.
- To maintain client records in accordance with company procedures and data protection requirements, ensuring discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- To maintain and manage clinic booking system in adherence with company procedure.
- To promote and recommend products and services, maximising opportunities for sales and
referrals.
- To take payments for clients after their treatments and to ensure cash handling procedures are
followed.
- To maintain working areas and equipment in accordance with health, safety, hygiene and general housekeeping standards at all times.
- To order and maintain stationary, in-house literature and other supplies as required for the clinic.
- Assist in maintaining invoice files and ensuring supplier payments are made on time.
- Assist in organising events
- Assist in the implementation of new procedures and ensuring continuation of them.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
