Your Contribution

In the role of Regional Healthcare and Clinical Education Coordinator, you will lead all clinical training efforts within our facilities, overseeing the execution and management of training programs. This position entails empowering Care Managers to recognize training requirements within their teams and creating relevant action plans.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Training Design and Implementation: Create and execute all training programs specific to healthcare and clinical teams. Ensure that all new healthcare and clinical personnel undergo thorough orientation and ongoing training, fulfilling all necessary regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Support and Skill Enhancement: Collaborate with Care Managers to pinpoint training requirements and develop strategic action plans to meet these needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the Learning and Development department on programs for healthcare/clinical team member growth, including apprenticeship initiatives.
  • Clinical Instruction: Provide internal clinical training as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Licensed Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering training sessions
  • Conducting assessments of training needs
  • Coaching and mentoring abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
