About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team at Signet Recruitment and Retention. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing and updating our website and social media channels, and coordinating the production of marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and services
  • Manage and update our website and social media channels to ensure content is current and engaging
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional collateral
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
  • Attend and support the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of donors and fundraising activities using our CRM system
  • Attend industry events to represent our organization and build relationships with key stakeholders and potential supporters
  • Budget tracking and ensure that marketing and fundraising activities are cost-effective
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • A degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Events, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
  • 3 years+ Generalist Marketing experience
  • Solid experience of marketing software (e.g. Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, Premier Pro)
  • Passionate about all things marketing and deep knowledge of what works on Socials
  • Articulate with great communication skills and a creative mindset
  • A team player with an interest / passion to work within a Charity / Education
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
