Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the comprehensive admissions process, from initial inquiries to student onboarding.
  • Conduct informative tours and interviews for prospective students and their families, highlighting our institution's values and facilities.
  • Coordinate assessments and interviews for international applicants, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Finance and Special Educational Needs, to streamline the admissions workflow.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a dynamic office environment or customer service role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
  • Knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN) is a plus, with the ability to assist parents effectively.
