Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administration Coordinator to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth scheduling, booking, and completion of all maintenance and repair work for our fleet of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fleet maintenance schedules, including servicing and MOTs, to ensure vehicles are always in good working condition.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and internal teams to book and complete maintenance and repair work.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Produce performance reports and statistics for meetings and calls.
- Support with missing mileage investigations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fleet administration or a related field.
- Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office.
