Job Title: Fleet Administration Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Administration Coordinator to work with Culina Group in a full-time permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure fleet maintenance schedules are up-to-date, including servicing and MOTs.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with external suppliers and internal teams.
  • Monitor fleet records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Produce performance statistics for meetings and calls.
  • Support with missing mileage investigations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Prior fleet administration experience.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office.
