Elderly Care Coordinator

Job Description:
St Philips Care Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Elderly Care Coordinator to join our team. As an Elderly Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include leading and developing a team of care workers, creating a safe and respectful environment, and ensuring the dignity of our residents is maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the planning and reviewing of care for residents
• Understand and provide the requirements for health and well-being of residents
• Assist residents with daily care needs, including medication administration
• Participate in holistic caring activities
• Ensure a system is in place that promotes residents' participation in the planning and reviewing of care
• Report any changes in residents' condition to the Manager

Desirable Qualifications:
• NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it
• Previous experience in a Residential Care or Nursing Home
• Passion for care of the elderly
• Experience of medication administration
