About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker Driver to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Community Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care to service users living independently in their own homes, responding to their individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to service users
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as light meal preparation and domestic tasks
  • Administer medication and provide support with medication management
  • Work with Adult Learning Disability service users and receive enhanced pay for these calls

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
