About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Care Worker Driver to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Community Care Worker, you will provide care to service users living independently in their own homes, that is flexible and responsive to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist service users with daily living tasks, personal care and hygiene, light meal preparation, and domestic tasks.
  • Provide medication assistance and support with daily routines.
  • Work with Adult Learning Disability service users and receive enhanced pay for these calls.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a kind smile.

  • Competitive pay rates: £11.92 per hour (days), £12.22 per hour (weekends), and £1 per hour uplift on Bank Holidays.
