About the Role - Care Worker

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team in Market Drayton, Shropshire. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to individuals living independently in their homes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist service users with daily living tasks, personal care, and hygiene.
  • Prepare light meals and assist with domestic chores.
  • Administer medication as instructed.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Work with individuals with learning disabilities (enhanced pay for these calls).

Essential Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • A genuine passion for providing care and support to others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
