About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Trading Specialist to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital trading team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of campaign, brand, and promotional strategies, working closely with digital marketing, commercial, and optimization teams to drive initiatives and actions to improve conversion rates and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute day-to-day trading of a website(s), under the guidance of a Trading Manager
  • Manage reporting of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual trade, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and feeding into action plans to ensure sales and contribution targets are met
  • Utilize available resources to analyze seasonal sales patterns, maintain commercial awareness, report on key competitors, and customer behavior
  • Oversee and report on the weekly content for site changes, campaigns, promotions, and brand partner updates
  • End-to-end management of all critical paths for campaign and promotional activity, including awareness of upcoming activities
  • Ensure communication of product and trading strategies to all digital marketing and optimization teams
  • Assist with coordinating evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement, and conversion
  • Manage the process of improving product content, supporting teams to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimize sales
People Management
  • Set clear objectives, goals, and development plans for Trading Assistants as relevant
  • Collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, utilizing appropriate communication and people management methods
  • Be an active and positive contributor to the team, contributing to the overall e-commerce strategy
  • Represent the Digital Trading Team across the wider business, ensuring e-commerce KPIs are understood and achievable for all
Requirements
  • Valid working rights for the UK countries
  • Analytical with strong reporting skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel user
  • Experience working within e-commerce platforms
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar digital role in a retail or consumer brand
