- Lead a team of trading and e-commerce specialists to achieve commercial objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital trading initiatives
- Trading and E-commerce Strategy
- Develop and implement a data-driven trading and e-commerce strategy to optimize sales and profitability
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Frasers Group remains competitive
- Leadership and Development
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of trading and e-commerce specialists
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Identify and develop future leaders within the team
- Experience
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar e-commerce or trading role
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in a digital trading environment
- Skills
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute a comprehensive digital trading strategy
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or e-commerce
