We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Trading Lead to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for driving digital sales and revenue growth across our various brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital trading and e-commerce
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar e-commerce role
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth in a digital trading environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of Trading Managers
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
