The Opportunity: Digital Trading Specialist - Ecommerce Performance

We're building a dynamic digital hub at our global headquarters in Shirebrook. This is your chance to join a successful and growing team focused on established digital platforms.

Reporting to a Trading Manager, you will:

  • Execute daily website trading strategies under the guidance of the Trading Manager.
  • Manage reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), providing detailed analysis and contributing to action plans for sales growth.
  • Utilize available resources, analyze seasonal trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to maintain commercial awareness.
  • Oversee weekly content updates for the website, including campaigns, promotions, and brand partner information.
  • Manage campaign and promotional activities, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate product and trading strategies effectively to digital marketing and optimization teams.
  • Collaborate on evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage the process of improving product content, supporting teams in resolving issues promptly to optimize sales.

People Management (As applicable)

  • Set clear objectives, goals, and development plans for Trading Assistants.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing strong communication and people management skills.
  • Be a positive team member, contributing to the overall ecommerce strategy.
  • Represent Frasers Group professionally in all interactions.
