Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager in Training to join our team at Roger Vivier. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the commercial development of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Development:
    • Implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets
    • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to maximize sales and customer engagement
    • Collaborate with the visual merchandising department to ensure a cohesive brand image
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
    • Manage customer complaints and feedback
    • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs
  • Team Management:
    • Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales skills
    • Develop and implement sales training programs
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Store Operations:
    • Assist with the management of store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
    • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of sales and returns
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury brand
  • Minimum 2 years of team management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent English language skills
