About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Rituals. As a key member of our shop team, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the manager in leading the team and driving store performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Coach and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Support the manager in creating a culture of trust and positive feedback.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse and talented store team.
  • Act as a role model for the team and a true ambassador for Rituals.
Requirements
  • Prior relevant experience at Assistant Store Manager level or equivalent within retail or hospitality.
  • Strong people management skills, including communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration.
  • Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioral change and develop others.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to be flexible with shifts and travel.
