- Analyze sales data to uncover trends and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions.
- Ensure CRM data integrity and pipeline accuracy through regular audits and maintenance.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and support sales compensation processes to drive performance.
- Monitor pricing and discount practices to protect margins and ensure revenue integrity.

Required Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, preferably in the Financial Services, Tech, or B2B sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales/marketing automation tools.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, vlookups, and Power Query.
- Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or BANT.
