Revenue Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Writer. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will be responsible for owning and scaling our revenue operations as we rapidly build our sales and CS departments.

You will operate as the primary strategic and operational partner to our sales and CS leaders, helping them build a repeatable GTM motion that accelerates revenue growth. This will involve managing a team of full-time employees and contractors who will help you execute the day-to-day activities.

You will work closely with our manager who has built the initial infrastructure, providing context on the current state and working alongside you in the trenches.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the GM of International to bring Writer to EMEA, APAC, and beyond
  • Developing and implementing high Salesforce proficiency
  • Building and maintaining strong project management and process mapping skills
  • Working closely with our data leader to get the right insights
  • Intrinsically motivated with a strong ability to set the highest possible bar for what you build and ship
  • Experience managing and building relationships across multiple departments and stakeholder levels
