About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Walker Lovell. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Sales Directors to identify revenue opportunities and optimize performance metrics.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasting models to align team targets.
  3. Create and present sales performance reports to leadership, highlighting key trends and insights.
  4. Lead sales target setting and territory management initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  5. Analyze sales data to uncover trends and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions.
  6. Ensure CRM data integrity and pipeline accuracy through regular audits and maintenance.
  7. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and support sales compensation processes to drive performance.
  8. Monitor pricing and discount practices to protect margins and ensure revenue integrity.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual with a strong background in Revenue or Sales Operations. The ideal candidate will possess sharp analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
  1. 4+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, preferably in the Financial Services, Tech, or B2B sectors.
  2. Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales/marketing automation tools.
  3. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, vlookups, and Power Query.
  4. Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or BANT.
