Revenue Operations Manager

Redshaw Advisors Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in aligning and optimizing our revenue-generating processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
    • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and monitor sales KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
    • Assist in the creation of sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Data & Business Intelligence Strategy:
    • Lead the development and execution of the company's data and BI strategy, including the collection and management of external data critical to both sales and product development.
    • Design and implement dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all systems and platforms.
    • Utilize data to inform decision-making and drive business performance.
  • CRM Ownership:
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring it meets the needs of the sales and marketing teams.
    • Oversee the implementation of CRM best practices and ensure user adoption across the organization.
    • Work closely with other departments to integrate the CRM system with other business tools and systems.
    • Maintain and update CRM data, workflows, and processes to support business objectives.
  • Marketing Automation:
    • Support the marketing team in the implementation and optimization of marketing automation tools.
    • Develop and manage marketing automation workflows, campaigns, and lead scoring models.
    • Analyze marketing automation metrics and performance to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
    • Ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales processes through effective use of automation tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in revenue operations.
    • Provide training and support to team members on revenue operations processes and systems.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance revenue operations capabilities and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or Zoho preferred) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong experience in Excel & BI tools with experience in SQL and/or coding languages desirable.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
