Revenue Operations Manager

Redshaw Advisors Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in London. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth, analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop and monitor sales KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  • Data and Business Intelligence Strategy: Lead the development and execution of our data and BI strategy, including the collection and management of external data critical to sales and product development, design and implement dashboards and analytics to provide actionable insights, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • CRM Ownership: Manage the day-to-day operations of our CRM system, ensure user adoption, and work closely with other departments to integrate the CRM system with other business tools and systems.
  • Marketing Automation: Support the marketing team in implementing and optimizing marketing automation tools, develop and manage marketing automation workflows and campaigns, and analyze marketing automation metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies, strong proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
