Job Title: Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Revenue Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency at ABI LTD. This position is responsible for leading the sales operations team, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining master data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales operations team to ensure seamless order processing and master data accuracy
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) process
  • Provide regular reporting and sales analytics to the sales leadership team
  • Design and implement customer lifecycle workflows in Salesforce to enhance the customer experience
  • Lead the strategy for and engagement with the sales technology stack
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions to improve business flows
  • Serve as a cross-departmental conduit between sales and other departments

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B Market Intelligence or SaaS industries
  • 3+ years' experience in Sales Operations and/or Enablement roles
  • Advanced Salesforce User and Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
