We're seeking a talented Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Redshaw Advisors Ltd, a leading provider of insight, advisory, and procurement services in environmental markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Collaborate with our senior/sales leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Data & Business Intelligence Strategy: Lead the development and execution of our data and BI strategy, including the collection and management of external data critical to both sales and product development.
  • CRM Ownership: Manage the day-to-day operations of our CRM system, ensuring it meets the needs of our sales and marketing teams.
  • Marketing Automation: Support our marketing team in the implementation and optimization of marketing automation tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or Zoho preferred) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
