Position: Salesforce Program Manager

Location: Remote

Compensation: £600-£650 per day

Contract Duration: 6-12 Months

Overview:

In the capacity of Salesforce Program Manager, you will take charge of the comprehensive implementation of Salesforce within TECHOHANA. This role requires close collaboration with various teams to outline project objectives, establish timelines, allocate resources effectively, and guarantee the successful execution of Salesforce projects. This position presents a remarkable opportunity to foster innovation, enhance operational processes, and significantly contribute to the growth of our organization.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of Salesforce solution implementations, encompassing planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Engage with primary stakeholders to clarify project goals, scope, and criteria for success.
  • Create and uphold detailed project plans, schedules, and financial forecasts.
  • Work in tandem with internal departments, external vendors, and consultants to ensure cohesive and timely achievement of project milestones.
  • Identify and manage risks, challenges, and dependencies, while proactively addressing potential obstacles.
  • Deliver consistent updates and reports to senior leadership regarding project status, risks, and key performance indicators.
  • Facilitate user engagement and change management efforts to ensure a seamless transition and maximize the benefits of Salesforce implementations.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine project methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience (X+ years) as a Program Manager leading Salesforce implementations in a dynamic environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform functionalities, configurations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficient project management abilities with a proven history of delivering intricate projects within established timelines and budgets.
  • Strong grasp of both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.
  • Preferred Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).
