Job Summary

A leading technology company, CV-Library, is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Programme Director and Data Strategy Lead to lead the delivery of their Salesforce CRM and data platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of a transformational data strategy, streamlining the way the company receives, manages, and works with data across the organisation, enabling smoother customer journeys and helping to embed a truly data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and oversee the implementation of a Salesforce Lightning platform, embedding best practices for Agile methodology.
  2. Design and implement a data platform to combine siloed data sources, enabling richer insights, reporting, and an improved customer and supporter journey.
  3. Develop and deliver a data strategy roadmap, including Data Management, Data Governance, Insight & Impact, and Analytics.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key technology platform providers, ensuring high-quality partnerships.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth change management journey.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in leading data and analytics transformation programmes.
  2. Significant knowledge and experience in implementing and overseeing data applications, including CRM systems, data platforms/warehouses, and data visualisation tools.
  3. Strong project management skills, with experience in delivering significant technology transformation programmes.
  4. In-depth knowledge and experience in data management and utilisation, including developing and delivering organisation-wide data strategies.
