About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Strategy Director to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a Data Strategy Director, you will be responsible for providing dedicated data strategy and consultative expertise to our clients, focusing on customer journeys and behavior, as well as the data and content that power them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Data Strategies: Develop and implement data strategies to be utilized in CRM and broader communications strategies across channels.
  • Develop Data Roadmaps: Design data strategies for a range of different client needs, including development of martech and data roadmaps to support future growth and improved data maturity.
  • Lead Data Solutions: Develop innovative approaches to data solutions, leveraging analytics, automation, and diverse datasets to decode consumer behavior and gain a deeper understanding of performance and headroom.
  • Act as a CRM Specialist: Use data strategy and analytical techniques to design connected customer experiences in areas such as data collection, personalization, segmentation, and marketing automation.
  • Develop Test and Learn Strategies: Develop test and learn/growth strategies to identify new creative and consumer optimization opportunities to enhance the ROI of campaigns.
  • Act as an Ambassador for Data: Showcase the value of data across the group, highlighting its impact on creative, content, and experiences.
  • Previous Experience: Previous exposure to marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce is required.
  • Communication and Data Storytelling Skills: Excellent communication/data storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas for non-technical audiences.
  • Behavioral Science Approaches: An active interest in behavioral science approaches and techniques, and how they can be delivered through data.
  • Basic Analysis and Business Cases: Ability to carry out basic analysis and build business cases.
