Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with local clients while delivering outstanding customer service. This position emphasizes a consultative approach rather than aggressive sales tactics.

Your primary focus will be on the Education sector, making this role ideal for individuals with experience in the Public Sector or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing accounts while cultivating new relationships and business opportunities through referrals, exhibitions, and networking.
  • Conduct 3 to 4 productive calls or meetings daily.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and prepare quotations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Demonstrated success in Account Management, Key Account Management, Business Development, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong skills in building client relationships.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in IT.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an OTE of £10,000.
  • Provision of a hybrid or electric company vehicle.
  • A generous annual leave package of 23 days, in addition to public holidays.
