Are you seeking a fulfilling career that offers more? At Royal Mail, we take pride in being the UK's first organization to provide a new type of pension to our employees. We are in search of driven and experienced pensions administrators, or administration professionals eager to transition into this field, to assist us in delivering the exceptional service our members deserve.

Role Overview:
As a Pensions Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to calculate and process benefits for our members based on their entitlements under the pension plans. This position is centered around people, requiring direct engagement with our members to address their inquiries and clarify their benefit entitlements.

In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our major scheme events and take the initiative to identify areas for improvement in our processes. We encourage you to take ownership of your professional development, exposing you to engaging work, allowing you to manage your own workload to meet service standards, and providing opportunities to pursue an industry-recognized pension qualification.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for talented and adaptable team players with a track record of delivering a professional, member-focused service in either Defined Benefit (DB) or Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes. While a professional pensions qualification is preferred, we are willing to support your training if you do not currently possess one.

Strong English language and mathematical skills are essential, and you will excel in this role if you are an effective communicator with a keen eye for detail. If this resonates with you and you are ready to help us exceed our members' expectations, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Compensation and Benefits:
Your starting salary and pay progression will be influenced by your experience, performance, and qualifications. You may also qualify for a £1500 welcome bonus upon successful completion of probation. Additionally, performance-based bonuses of up to £1,200 (4x £300 each quarter) are available.

Additional Benefits:
RMG Share Schemes: Partnership and matching share offer
Family-Friendly Support: Enhanced maternity pay, paternity leave, adoption leave, and shared parental leave
Discounts and Offers: Access to over 800 offers for savings on groceries, outings, holidays, and household bills
Generous Sick Pay: Supportive company sick pay policy
Wellbeing Services: 24/7 access to services and tools for physical, mental, financial, and social support
Lifestyle Benefits: Options to purchase a car, bike, home technology, or mobile phone, with salary deductions for tax savings
Financial Support: Resources to assist with debt management and financial literacy
Peace of Mind: Healthcare CashPlan, Dental Cover, Life Insurance, and additional benefits
Free and Discounted Products: Access to free services and partner discounts
Free Stamps: Available during the holiday season
