We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator / 3rd Line Engineer to join our IT team at Experis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues across our hybrid IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3rd Line Support: Provide technical expertise and support to other technical Operational teams and Project Teams as required.
- User Support: Assist in 1st/2nd/3rd line support as needed, helping to diagnose and resolve user issues promptly and efficiently.
- Server & Cloud Administration: Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Azure environments, and related infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- ITIL & Service Delivery: Operate within an ITIL framework, ensuring that all support activities align with service delivery best practices and standards.
Technical Skills Required:
- Windows Server Administration: Expertise in managing and maintaining Windows Server environments.
- Hyper-V Virtualisation: Proficiency in working with Hyper-V for virtualisation and managing virtual machines.
- Azure Administration: Experience with administering Azure cloud services, including virtual networks, storage, and identity management.
- On-Premises & Cloud Infrastructure: Knowledge of hybrid IT environments, managing both on-premises and cloud-based systems.
- ITIL Framework: Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices in service delivery.
