Job Title: Senior Systems Administrator - Atlassian

Join Certara, a global IT organization, as a Senior Systems Administrator - Atlassian. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Atlassian suite of tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and configure the Atlassian suite of tools, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to utilize the Atlassian tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Atlassian product manager to address business problems and provide scalable solutions using Atlassian products.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on the setup and administration of Atlassian products, ensuring that knowledge is shared across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and trends in Atlassian tools, recommending improvements for their optimal usage.
Requirements:
  • 7 years of experience administering Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Crowd).
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle tough challenges with innovative thinking and determination.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting abilities, with experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively discuss technical issues with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
  • Experience with research and development of Atlassian technologies.
