Job Title: Senior Systems Administrator - Atlassian

Join Certara, a global IT organization, as a Senior Systems Administrator - Atlassian. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Atlassian suite of tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and configure the Atlassian suite of tools, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal users on the usage of Atlassian tools.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Atlassian environment.
  • Collaborate with the IT management team to identify and implement new technologies and solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of Atlassian tools and recommend improvements for their optimal usage.
Requirements:
  • 7 years of experience administering Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Crowd).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively discuss technical issues with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
  • Experience with research and development of Atlassian technologies.
  • BS, MS, or Ph.D. in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
