Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the provision of a comprehensive housing management service that adheres to all relevant legislation and regulations, including oversight of facilities, grounds, contracts, and vacancy processes.
  • Enhancing relationships within the community to foster improved outcomes for residents, staff, volunteers, and local stakeholders in alignment with our core values.
  • Promoting adherence to safeguarding policies and remaining informed about legislative changes and best practices in service delivery, collaborating with external agencies as necessary.
  • Supporting tenancy management by ensuring residents are aware of their rights and responsibilities, assisting with rent and service charge payments, and facilitating benefit claims.
  • Coordinating responses to low-level Antisocial Behaviour (ASB) in accordance with established policies to strengthen community ties.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with customers and key stakeholders, identifying service delivery gaps, and managing complaints effectively to enhance future service quality.
  • Organizing social activities and encouraging the use of communal facilities to promote engagement and participation.
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems to ensure timely access to information and data.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A genuine passion for supporting older adults.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently.

  • High motivation, flexibility, and strong communication abilities.
