Business Development Manager - Retirement Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to play a key role in our business, working with the UK's leading Insurance, Retirement and Wealth business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tenacious self-starter who is keen to take their career to the next level.
A bit about the job:
This role is integral to our business, focusing on building relationships with brokers and advisers to identify opportunities to support and educate them on our Retirement Propositions. This ensures that they are getting the best outcome for their customers, while increasing our market share in our respective markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the wider distribution team to generate sales and meet the sales plan.
- Proactively build and cultivate relationships in our markets, ensuring service and risk are managed.
- Utilise various communication mediums, including phone, email, webinars, and LinkedIn, to generate leads.
- Manage relationships and self-monitor performance using Business Intelligence tools like Salesforce and Qlik.
- Identify opportunities with advisers to trade and educate them on our propositions, and coordinate issue resolution with internal stakeholders.
