Business Development Manager - Retirement Solutions Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in a key role that plays an integral part in building relationships with brokers and advisers, identifying opportunities to support and educate them on our Retirement Propositions.
This role is crucial to our business, and the successful candidate will have the ability to collaborate with the wider distribution team to generate sales to meet the sales plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the distribution team to generate sales and meet the sales plan
- Build and cultivate relationships with brokers and advisers
- Identify opportunities to support and educate them on our Retirement Propositions
- Manage relationships and self-monitor performance using Business Intelligence tools
- Coordinate issue resolution by liaising with internal stakeholders
What You'll Get:
- Starting salary up to £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
