Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the provision of a comprehensive housing management service that adheres to all relevant legislation and regulations, including oversight of properties, grounds, amenities, contracts, and vacancy processes.
- Enhancing relationships within the community to foster improved outcomes for residents, staff, volunteers, and local stakeholders, in alignment with our core values.
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and remaining informed about legislative changes and best practices in service delivery, coordinating with external agencies as necessary.
- Assisting in tenancy management by educating prospective and current residents about their rights and responsibilities under their tenancy agreements, supporting them in managing rent and service charge payments.
- Coordinating responses to low-level Antisocial Behaviour (ASB) cases in accordance with established policies to promote community cohesion.
- Building and nurturing relationships with customers and key stakeholders, identifying service delivery gaps, and effectively managing complaints to enhance first-contact resolution and future learning.
- Organizing social activities and promoting the use of communal facilities to encourage resident and community engagement.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems, ensuring timely access to information and user-friendly processes.
