Position Overview:

The Enterprise Solutions Architect serves as both a functional and technical authority, collaborating with clients to implement ServiceNow solutions grounded in industry best practices. The primary objective is to enhance user adoption and drive tangible business results for customers.

This role emphasizes addressing client challenges by providing strategic leadership and support throughout the sales process, engaging directly with customers and partners, and representing customer interests within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's business landscape to ensure effective deployment of ServiceNow products.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow Sales, Solution Consulting, and partner resources to identify, manage, and secure Expert Services opportunities.
  • Engage with high-profile clients on significant digital transformation initiatives, interacting with executive-level stakeholders across various business sectors.
  • Coordinate with ServiceNow and partner teams to support sales cycles, aiming to increase overall service adoption and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow Expert Services methodologies, customizing approaches to align with client needs while maintaining structured processes.
  • Exhibit rapid delivery capabilities, ensuring timely completion of assigned deliverables.
  • Identify and explore potential Expert Services opportunities within existing client engagements.
  • Work alongside Sales teams to effectively utilize Expert Services resources to support major product sales initiatives.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Sales Account Executives during the delivery phase to ensure adherence to architectural and design principles.

What You Will Achieve:

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients to drive Expert Services sales.
  • Provide technical leadership in collaboration with Sales Account Executives, guiding clients on optimal utilization of ServiceNow technologies.
  • Support pre-sales efforts, including conducting presentations, leading solution discussions, and estimating consulting engagement efforts.
  • Build credibility with customer account teams to encourage early engagement with Expert Services.
  • Advocate for the ServiceNow value proposition in alignment with client objectives.
  • Qualify customer opportunities in partnership with Sales Account Executives, focusing on large service and licensing pursuits.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements and translate them into high-level solutions and project scopes.
  • Lead the strategic implementation discussions with clients to ensure widespread product adoption and increased demand for ServiceNow.
  • Enhance deal sizes by positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and aligning with client strategies.
  • Facilitate a seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring that agreed-upon architecture and design are respected.
  • Participate in project governance meetings and post-delivery reviews to capture feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and enable other members of the ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem.
  • Be prepared for travel as required by client needs and internal meetings.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the platform's capabilities.
  • A robust background in Professional Services, ideally with experience in a software OEM environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, ensuring effective engagement with internal teams and clients.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with clients across various levels, from technical to executive.
  • Experience in developing and presenting complex, multi-technology solutions linked to business value.
  • Proficiency in managing intricate customer pursuits while effectively allocating time and resources.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • A passion for learning new technologies and functionalities, with aspirations for ServiceNow certification.
