Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing high-level enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development team from a technical standpoint, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design and implement high-level enterprise solutions, working closely with the senior team to ensure alignment with the company's technical direction.
  • Support with coding, which will make up approximately 20% of your time, and lead a sub-team of 4-5 developers from a technical standpoint.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide coaching and training, and ensure high-quality code and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, senior leaders, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Strong development background and 2-3 years' experience with Technical Solutions.
  • Confident with solution implementation and producing high/low-level designs.
  • Experience leading a development team from a technical standpoint.
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience and collaborative skills.
  • Proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Visual Studio, Azure, and SQL.
